At The Duo Jewellery, we want you to love your jewelry. However, we only accept exchanges under the following conditions:

🔄 Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only if:
✔️ The item received is defective.
✔️ The wrong item was shipped.

To be eligible for an exchange, customers must:

  • Contact us within 7 days from the delivery date (based on the courier company’s system).

  • Provide clear photos of the defect or incorrect item.

  • Ensure the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

Once we review your request, we will arrange for an exchange. If the item is out of stock, we may offer a replacement of equal value.

📦 Out of Stock Items

  • If any item in your order is out of stock due to a stock count error, you may choose another item of the same price.

  • If no suitable replacement is available, we will issue a full refund for the out-of-stock item.

🚫 No Refunds or Exchanges for:

❌ Change of mind.
❌ Wrong item ordered by the customer.
❌ Items that have been used, worn, or damaged by the customer.
❌ Orders placed will not be accepted for exchange or refund without a specific reason(Subject to change.)

🚚 Shipping Fees

  • If the exchange is due to defective, wrong, or missing items, we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • If the exchange request does not fall under these conditions, customers will be responsible for shipping fees.

To initiate an exchange, please email us at theduo.my@gmail.com / whatsapp 018-3413696 with your order number, photos of the item, and a brief explanation of the issue. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
